Hi guys! I found this picture on Google, but I mainly wanted to ask you where to find carrot leaves? I produce smoothies and to make them look greener I want to try to use natural colorants. The article of LEROMA's magazine inspired me.
Anyways, the food technologist in my team said, she could use the green of the carrot leaves as a colorant and asked me to find a supplier for small amounts. Can anybody help?

Otherwise, you can look for a processor who makes powder for you. Then you can sell it as your own product with a long shelf life.
