Apple leftovers

Hello all,

due to a particularly good harvest I have 200kg of apples left, but no buyers. Can anyone give me tips on where I can use them?

As you can see they are no longer quite fresh, so I can not sell them to my usual partners.

Hello, I happen to know something! A company from the Netherlands produces fruit powder. Whether also from apples I do not know, but you can ask. Here's their website: https://www.ndhfoods.com/fruit-powders
Otherwise, you can look for a processor who makes powder for you. Then you can sell it as your own product with a long shelf life.
